Problem on Windows Server 2019

    Hey Support Team,

    we just moved a WordPress with your awesome Plugin from Linux/Plesk to a Windows Server 2019. Everything works fine, but when i activate Visualizer i get an error 500. Are there any general Things to check on a Windows Server?

    Hi Tobi,

    Thank you for using Visualizer.

    Are you able to check the server error log to find out what is that error exactly about? Error 500 is a general error but if you check server logs for PHP errors you should see more details where exactly the error is thrown.

    Can you share that information with us?
