    Hi,

    this might be a theme issue/conflict, try to temporarily revert back to twenty twelve theme just to rule-out any theme specific issue?

    If I use other theme is the same problem
    By default, I use Twenty Twelve theme

    I see, how about

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
