    Hi !
When I want to translate a plugin, I can change all data except one. (picture attached)

I don’t understand why behind my data there is the word “context”, and when I write my translation, I don’t have it on my website and it’s impossible to change “Have a promo code”.

    Thanks for your help !

I don’t understand why behind my data there is the word “context”,

Context is part of the unique key along with the source text. It should never be translated, so this looks like someone made the mistake of editing the translation template thinking it was a language file.

when I write my translation, I don’t have it on my website

This is probably due to the mistake above.

it’s impossible to change “Have a promo code”.

This is the source text. You should never change it, which is why the editor makes that impossible.

All three points above show misunderstandings of how WordPress translation works. I suggest you read Working with POT files in Loco Translate to clear up any confusion.

Then restore the template file in which someone typed French into the context field. Then recreate your French file from that.
