problem on mobile devices

This is a great plugin that I dont want to get rid of however I am having a big problem, please can you help with it?
Even though I have checked the box that says ‘disable on mobile device’, it is still showing up on pages on mobile devices and obscuring all the content.
Please can you tell me how to solve this?
