    Hi kausar,

If you go to the SLIDES page in the plugin admin panel, hover over a slide and click View, does it correctly open the permalink page for that slide post?

If not, odds are you have some content in your slide (title, body text or image) that is causing a conflict. Try swapping out each, one by one, to see if it makes a difference.

If, however, the slide post does correctly show when clicking View, then the issue is occurring when your site is attempting to render the shortcode. Normally this would happen because of a conflict with something else on your page (i.e. if you are using a page builder or have other content on the page, etc.). Try creating a new page, using the default WordPress editor, and putting no content on it other than the slider shortcode. You can also try the Gutenberg block instead. Does this show? If so, then try making changes to your other page, one by one (e.g. try putting the slider in a different element if using a page builder, removing certain content, etc.) to see what is causing the conflict.

If you’ve done all this and it’s still not working, then it could be a conflict with another plugin. As a test, disable all your plugins, but ours, and see if that makes a difference. From there, you would need to activate your plugins one by one until the issue reoccurs.

Maybe try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme. Does it display correctly then? Perhaps there is some other JavaScript or animation from your theme that is contributing to the issue.
