Problem on checkout page

I built a shop using a plug with additional fields. Additional fields increase the importance of the product. The shipping cost depends on the weight. When placing an order, everything counts well, but on the checkout page, for example, when I change a field (e.g. address), wordpress calculates something and changes the shipping cost. It looks as if it has stopped taking into account the weight with the extra fields.
Please help.
