Problem on Android (Chrome) with input field

I have a download sales plugin called Easy Digital Downloads along with an extension that allows users to input a pay-what-you-want value for a purchase. The standard WP theme works, but in Customizr the following happens in Chrome on Android:
-user touches price input field
-keyboard pops up for a second and then disappears
-problem starts over, user can never get input into the box

A friend of mine had a quick look and said the following:
the main article div class “span6 article-container”
i remove that class and some of the formatting is f**ked but it works

I would like to resolve this with the custom CSS code box within the appearance settings so that I will persist regardless of updates. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
