Problem on 2FA

    Hi,
    I am having a problem with 2FA on my account page in woodmart theme (working on other theme). Input field for two-factor authentication code not showing when login from ‘my-account’ page. It’s showing “CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.” but nothing appeared. I also checked Enable WooCommerce integration setting. I already reported woodmart team and they are working on it, but it will be great if you try to figure it out on your site if possible.

  • Hi, while you waiting a reply from the Wordfence support, have you tried to look if you have some errors on browser developers console? You can find how to use developer console of the browser with a Google research.

    If the issue is caused by the theme maybe you need get support by them, anyway not a bad idea ask also here.

    Thank for your concern. Woodmart team told that they will fix this issue on the next update.

    @tanvirroky Another thing you can do in the meantime is enter the password with the 2FA code appended to it. If your password was p@ssw0rd##! and the authenticator code was 123456 try entering it as p@ssw0rd##! 123456 That should log you straight in.
