Problem on 2.4.7 version

  • Hello,

    Since I updated WordPress to the 4.5 version and then Post Thumbnail Editor to the 2.4.7 version, the latest doesn’t work anymore.

    In other words, instead of showing the usual interface of the plugin, I just can see its HTML page. Do you know why?

    Please resolve it quickly because I need it to write every article.

    This also happened to me. The fix fixed the last bug but now the model window is showing http. For some reason I can still edit pictures via the media library if that helps.

    i’ve got the same problem… The Sourcecode is between
    “pre” tags… Well used for showing sourcecode… I think the developer forget to remove this “debug styled output”…

    Via Media Library its still working, but not the solution!

    Please help as soon as possible…

    Via media library it pops up only a blank page.

    And beside the delete button if you select an image it appears only this “function (n){return o.call(this,n,m)}” instead of the link to the tn editor.

    If 2.4.7 isn’t working for you please roll back to 2.4.6.

    I’m accepting patches and fixes, but can’t put anymore time towards this plugin right now.

    i’ve just tried to use the 2.4.6 but still doesnt work…. it would be so nice if you DONT UPDATE a Plugin which doesnt work -.- My whole company couldnt work because of this “stupid” error … so please help your users! ….!

    Try 2.4.5 seems to work. not perfect but I guess it will help you to get your job done. I will definetly remove this plugin after the author told me that he hasn’t time to fix this bug!

    Using version 2.4.6 and applying the fix suggested by Nate Allen here:

    worked for me.

    I would suggest removing current version 2.4.7 from the repository and applying this solution to 2.4.6 and releasing that as 2.4.7. I have just spent my afternoon rolling all of my websites back to 2.4.6 and applying this fix.

    There were only 2 patches applied for 2.4.7, nate allen’s was one of them. An easier fix might be just grabbing the post-thumbnail-editor.php file from 2.4.6 and overwriting the one in 2.4.7.

    Ninja edit: Found the problem in post-thumbnail-editor.php, will roll out fix tonight.
