Problem of Header – menu

    Hi,

    As updated the latest Neve theme, the header menu bar was changed from single line to double line.

    There is no any button that can adjust the header menu line in the customize page.

    I was wondering if there were too much categories shown in the menu bar, so I tried to delete one of them. However, it is just the same.

    Does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix this problem? Thank you so much for those who know how to fix it.

  • It really sounds like your header containment has changed. Go into the customizer and select Header. I think in your case, you’ll want to pick Header Main. What does it say for Layout? You will see three options: Full Width Contained, Full Width, and Contained. Play with those three settings, it sounds like something was reset.

    Otherwise, it could be a number of other things. For one, the font could be too big, the spacing to wide, or number of items in the menu relative to those things. You can also look at these things in the Customizer. There is also the possibility that there is a widget that matches the background color. You can’t see it, but it’s taking up space in the menu.

    Finally I figured out that “Margin” is the main problem. (Customizing ? Header ? Primary Menu ? Margin)

    I accidentally added the left to +5, which originated problem. Thank you so much @wjckc. Appreciate your reply and suggestion!
