Installed the plugin and everything works, it’s a nice plugin. The only issue I have is it takes a long time once you click the submit button to be notified that the offer was sent. It says “please wait” but other than that does nothing for 10-15 seconds (loading wheel appears stuck in place). Is there a way to speed this up? I’m using wordpress v4.1.1 with google chrome.

Thanks for the feedback. That’s not something we’ve experienced in our testing, though. Can you tell me what theme you’re using and what other plugins you’re using? There may be a conflict.

I never heard back from you on this, and we just released the 1.0 update to this plugin, so I would recommend you apply that and let me know if you have any problems with it. Thanks!

i got the following message : Error: There was an error sending your offer, please try again. If this problem persists, please contact us.

@zc008, Is that happening when you try to submit an offer? Is it happening every time? What is your site URL so I can take a look?

I’m struggling a little bit with the language difference. I see the offer button, but when I click it I’m not even getting the offer form. I just get this…

Is that the error that you’re talking about? So you’re not even able to fill out the offer form at all..??

Ah, I put that into Google Translate and it looks like the site is password protected, so I can’t actually test it.

There have other products. That dont need passwords you can try them.

Ok, I see the problem. There is a jQuery conflict in your Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin.

Uncaught Error: You must initialize autoNumeric(‘init’, {options}) prior to calling the ‘get’ method

That is happening in the file located at

    /wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit/public/assets/js/autoNumeric-1-9-24.js?ver=4.0.1

That is causing the jQuery on the page to not function correctly, so the form isn’t processing correctly.

Disable that plugin and the problem will probably go away. Then you can contact that plugin developer regarding the issue.

I disabled the envsnto plugi n.but that didnt send any email to admin and. Cudtomer . it seems not work at all.

It definitely does work. We’ve got plenty of people using it without problems. There must be something unique going on with your setup that’s causing this.

I can see the jQuery seems to be working, so that’s a step in the right direction. Can you confirm that PHP mail() is working as expected on your server?
