    Hi

    In the configuration of the email sent after a quote request, the “first name”, “last name”, “email” and “phone” fields appear correctly.
    However, the “message” field does not appear! In the configuration I declared it with @order_comments and nothing appears. Is it a bug? Did I call the message field wrong?

    Thank you for sharing the screenshots. The shortcode for the quoted message in the email template appears to have been altered, which is why the message is not appearing in the email notification. Please update the shortcode from “@order_comments” to “@customer_note” in the administrator email template, as demonstrated in the screenshot below.
