    Hi @carinaherzmomente,

Thank you for providing the details about the issue with the order overview displaying twice in the mobile version of the checkout. I’ve tried replicating the issue on my test site, but I couldn’t reproduce it, which indicates it may be specific to your setup.

To further investigate, could you try switching to a default theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five, and let me know if the issue persists? This will help us determine if the issue is theme-related.

    Looking forward to your update!

I tried the following things: creating a new check out site, deactivate plugins, switch to storefront theme (but only in the customizer). Nothing works. The Problem is only on the mobile version.

    Hi @carinaherzmomente

Thanks for the update. I just want to make sure we fully understand what you’re seeing on mobile. Could you share a screenshot of your view and the exact URL of the page you’re having trouble with?

You can use a service like https://snipboard.io/ then share a link here.

    Hi there!

I have checked the issue on your site, and I can see that the order summary appears twice on mobile. Additionally, I noticed the wc-gzd-checkout classes on the checkout page, which suggests that you are using the Germanized for WooCommerce plugin. This could be causing the issue or possibly conflicting with another plugin.

I understand that you’ve already deactivated all plugins, but the issue persists. To assist you further, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and activate the default WordPress theme (like Storefront)? Once the staging site is ready, please share the URL with us so that we can further investigate.

Here’s an instruction to guide you on how to create a staging site:
    WP Staging Plugin.

Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status once you have the staging site ready? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Download for support” (after scrolling down a bit). Once done, please upload the report to this chat.

Once we have the staging site URL and the System Status Report for the staging site, we will be able to assist you further.

I tryed it again and the problem is only when the germanized plugin is active. Without it’s working fine on mobile devices.

What could I do to solve it? Is it necessary to create a staging site?

    Hi there!

Thank you for providing more details about the issue. It seems that the problem is related to the Germanized plugin, as the issue appears only when it’s active.

Ensure that the Germanized plugin is up to date, as compatibility issues can arise with outdated versions. If you are using the latest version of the plugin. Since this issue seems to be related to the Germanized plugin, I recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance. They may be familiar with this issue and could provide a solution or configuration settings that can resolve it.

Creating a staging site is not strictly necessary but is highly recommended for testing purposes, as it allows you to test changes without affecting your live site. Since you’ve already identified the culprit, you don’t need to create a staging site. Instead, Contacting the plugin support is the right step to fix that issue.

    Thank you
