Problem migrating child theme to server

I have developed a child theme on my localhost. When I tried migrating it to my server, the child theme does not display. The parent theme is displaying in its place and some page content but is missing some plugins (some do work), and all images (photos/logos) and of course all the child theme styling. I followed some very specific directions for migrating. Also, I cannot get into the WP admin on my server to check anything there. I do however have access to the database/files on the server.

I have checked the following:
– child theme css file in place
– correct name and case-sensitivity of parent theme in child css
– paths changed in SQL file to reflect server
– database info correct

I followed the same procedures I have used successfully twice before to migrate…what am I missing this time??
