Problem message sent several times

  • Hello,

    I have a problem with your module.

    When sending a message on a product sheet via your plugin, we receive the same message several times!

    As you can see if you take the test on one of our product sheets, the loading wheel indicating the sending of the message appears several times.

    Can you tell us how to fix this bug?

    I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one in this situation.

    A developer’s response would be nice because I think the problem is with the plugin!

    I’m having same issue – hoping to get this resolved soon..

    Hopefully this is a new problem that can be quickly fixed.

    I checked if I fill in form7 from shortcode (not using this plugin) – form7 works 100% and sends mail only once. If I used this plugin, I get email twice.

    Same for me no worries on my other contact form 7.

    I have the problem only on the form which uses this module on the product page.

    Same for me two weeks later – emails are being sent twice.

    Please, @developer please help us.

    Developer, please – it is many weeks now annoying many of my customers by spamming multiple emails. Please assist!

    I too have this problem. Have spent so many hours trying to resolve. today I received the same message 21 times!!!!!! Using contact form 7 and WooCommerce Quote or Enquiry Contact Form 7. On product pages. client is so very shitty with me, but I can’t fix it. HELP!
