Problem making wp smtp work-smtp SMTP Hostname and email are the same

    Hello, i have one problem that may sound quite stupid but i really have no idea how to solve it (and i have had, for more than obvious reasons the same problem with other smpt plugins),i am unable to send a test email from the WP mail SMTP, i have a hostinger mail account for my business, the smtp username and the mail name are the same……….is this causing the conflict? I would like to use my hostinger mail instead of gmail (of course if there is no other option i can do that)I’m not tech savvy so please explain to me slow and with love how the hell can i make it work, everything is in order, the SMTP host is smtp.hostinger.com, the port number is the right one, TLS encryption……so any idea how can i solve this?

    Nevermind, i used ssl instead of tls and it worked. Thanks anyway and please close this dumb thread of mine.
