    hello,

    my name is Raphaela, and everyone recommended me this plugin to protect my site from everything, but since I activated, it has been occurring an error when I try to sign in to my admin platform. Usually says that the information are invalid when they are not. I asked for my host support, they analyzed and said that the problem is from this plugin, that I should ask for help directly with you. Could you check what is going on, please?

    Hi, have you enabled the captcha feature for the logging form? Did you enable one of the Brute Force features in the plugins settings?

    Right now it is deactivated by my host. But I can set this up accordingly to your directions, does it sound good?

    When you enable Rename Login Page feature, are you typing the following yoursite.com/secretword on your browser to log into your site?

    If you are still having issues, then perhaps there is a conflict with one of your other plugins or theme. Can you carry out a plugin/theme conflict test. Let me know how you go.
