    Hello,

We are having some problems with IFTTT and WP Cerber. We’ve tried to whitelist IFTTT User Agent but there is no option for that. We know we can just add to whitelist all the IPs but:
1.- We do not know which is the IP range for that service under AmazonAWS.
2.- We cant open IPs one by one because we do not know until when we will be doing that.

Here an example of the “error” we are getting:

Can you please tell us what to do in order to fix this?

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi!

It looks like you need to disable this settings: “Block access to the XML-RPC server (including Pingbacks and Trackbacks).” It’s located on the Hardening tab.

    Hello Gioni,

That option is already disabled but still happening. https://i.imgur.com/PMPRyIa.png

I took a closer look at your screenshot. There were several attempts to log in with wrong password, so the plugin locked out the IP. After that all attempts to use XML-RPC interface were denied. That’s it. So you need to make sure that your remote service (IFTTT or something else) on AmazonAWS uses correct password. I don’t see any cause of the issue.
