    Hi there,

I helped make a website for my family’s business awhile ago and the site is now down (which may have something to do with them not paying the hosting fees on time). I’ve spoken to GreenGeeks who say it isn’t hosted by them despite the account being paid and active. I guess I need to point the DNS (?) settings to them?

I went to login on the WordPress end and the /wp-admin (I hope that is correct!) didn’t load so went to www.remarpro.com but it doesn’t recognise my username or email to either login or reset my password if I’ve forgotten it. Is there any way of contacting anyone to figure out what is going on?

    Thanks so much!

www.remarpro.com isn’t connected to your site or account there in any way, it’s an entirely separate thing.

What’s the URL of the site with the problem?

    Hi James,

Do you mean it isn’t connected to GreenGeeks in anyway?

    The URL is https://www.stoneycreekranch.org.nz/

Unfortunately I still haven’t heard from GreenGeeks as to why it is no longer being hosted by them so I’m not really sure what to do next ??

As in, www.remarpro.com isn’t associated with the people who set up your website or your hosting providers.

Can you check your website through this tool: https://who.is/

It should provide you details of the hosting providers

According to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=stoneycreekranch.org.nz your hosting provider is https://www.singlehop.com/ (or a reseller who uses their services).

    I recommend contacting them: https://www.singlehop.com/about/contact/

    Thanks Andrew and James!

Yep, I’m the person who set up the website and the hosting which is why I’m having a hard time figuring out what has happened. I can’t login to wordpress at all with the login details I used when building the website and we’re still paying Greengeeks so it’s all a bit strange!

There isn’t much we can do for you here except suggest contacting your hosting provider. Your site is entirely self-contained, we don’t have any sort of access to help directly, I’m sorry.
