Problem logging in

Change the urls back. See Changing_The_Site_URL.

Follow my steps

1) Download latest version of WordPress Application

2) Manually install WordPress using ftp

3) Now check out and let me know

Thank you for the support ideas. I have started with the advice See
Changing The Site URl I have modified the wp-config.php file and added the following lines to this file

define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘https://www.irishblessingstours.com/blog’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’ ‘https://WWW.irishblessingstours.com’);
/**#@-*/

and up loaded to the server via ftp.

When I go to

https://www.irishblessingstours.com/blog/wp-admin

the following error arrives

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/wnlplm/public_html/irishblessingstours.com/blog/wp-config.php on line 54

Kindly advise.

Looks like you have introduced an error into your wp-config.php file. What is in lines 50 onwards?

is the code you provided a direct copy of the changes you made? The following line has an error:

define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’ ‘https://WWW.irishblessingstours.com’);

There is an extra single quote in there between parameters. I would remove that and see what happens.
