Problem logging in

Hello,

I’m new as a wordpress user so excuse me if I’ll be hard to understand.
I tried from the settings pannel to change the home directory to another one (the parent directory). The blog is accessible but the theme doesn’t load and I cannot log in the admin account(after login step I’m receiving “Forbidden, You don’t have permission….”). I should have made a backup before doing this but….here I am. Anyone has any idea how to fix this.
