Problem Loading to Preview URL

  • Hello,
    I have a preview url to develop our new wordpress site. (The original html site is still running at a different service provider who does not offer wordpress.)
    I have loaded wordpress and the theme in the new account with the new service provider but I have quite clearly used the wrong location setting in the set up because I cannot open the wp-login file – it says it is not on the server.
    The url is https://dallas114.mysitehosted.com/~nallen
    If you can put me on the right path I will be most grateful.
