• All of my WordPress websites get this error:

    Problem Loading Page
    OR
    The connection was reset

I am able to login sometimes but everytime I finish editing three posts, it gets those errors. Then, I have to wait ten minutes to try to get back in.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can find the cause? I don’t know anything about hosting or php.

Also, here is one of my sites. I wanted to see if anyone was getting the same “problem loading page” message. It doesn’t seem to work on Internet Explorer or mobile phone either.

    My site is ridepanda.com

Seems to be working okay for me. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies or tried another browser.

    Where is your site hosted?

I just cleared my browser cache and even tried a few other browsers but no luck.

I also deleted all plugins for one of my sites and that didn’t seem to work either.

    My site is with Godaddy.

This happens to all of my sites – do you think it’s a storage problem maybe? All of my sites have about 200+ posts or more with heavy content.

Just updating my post. Anyways, I called Godaddy and they said it was a “common” problem they experience and I have Linux there.

I’ve been with them for six years and have never had any problems. The lady told me to wait one hour and the server should be better with my sites showing again. Two hours later and still the same problem.

It seems like they just don’t want to help me and I questioned the rep on why would this be happening and she said the tech guys don’t know. This is a huge problem, especially for paying customers like me.

Anyone know what I should do? Should I drop Godaddy? I think I should but moving 18 of my sites would take forever…

I also use Godaddy for my WordPress sites and I’m having the same problem. I can’t even login right now.
I noticed some directories and files had their permissions changed to 705, which I reverted to 644. Still no luck. In any case, only the frontpage and inner pages load, but the backoffice doesn’t.

It’s not a good sign if your hosting provider has no idea what’s going on. Have you checked out the WordPress recommended hosting providers?
