  • On the new versions of cPanel, look for the “Add User to Database” towards the bottom of the MySQL screens, then select the User: and Database: from the two pulldown boxes then click on Add, then on the next screen check the All Privileges box and click on Submit (or Make Changes).

    I am totally confused. I downloaded WordPress and got a number of folders and I have not idea what to do with them. I have a web host, HostICan, but beyond those two steps I don’t know what to do to install WordPress. Any help will be greatly appreciated and meekly accepted.
