Problem installin function.php line 895

Hi, i need some help, i config the file and after i`ve entered to /wp-admin/install.php and the page retrieves an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::hide_errors() in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mydomain.com\httpdocs\blog\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 895
i dont know what happend, please help me, thanks…
