Problem Indexing after last update

I use this lovely plugin since 2012 for my site
I think this is the best SEO plugin, but since last update i had this problem:
new post go in SERP only after 4-5 hours, before update post indicization was istantly!Now i had installed Simple:Press, and is not compatible with forum.
Someone ha ever had same problem? And how to fix?
