Problem in zip while installing plugin

  • It’s second time that one of my another user got this error when tried to install the plugin – “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) :
    Invalid archive structure”, even he says he can’t unzip the plugin zip file!. First user got almost same zip related prob when wp version was 3.6 and plugin i created is compatible with that version.I use 7-zip program to zip content.What’s problem here, please sort me out ASAP.

    IF any wordpress expert enthusiast/employee answer me as this problem is becoming dangerous to me as 5 of my users encountered same error i mentioned while installation.Also as i used winrar to zip, i see no problem in opening first zip but if i install 7-zip zip program and by that try to unzip it,then i get zip is invalid error!, although download of zip is right(as i can unzip different ways and install).

    Please lead me to right direction and what is the problem with zip wordpress catches?!
