Problem in wp-dtree categories

When you are surfing this page we have a problem with this step that the Other categories not work or disabled.
EX: ‘?????’ is disabled and not work or we can’t click on it.
The other problem is that, when we have a sub-category, the category of the sub-category don’t have a link to click but it must have a link.Please help me about this problem.
