Problem in uploading images to wordpress

    hi,

    i have manually updated my wordpress to 3.1 today. After updating, i am trying to upload a image to image library, i am getting error;

    Unable to create directory /home/akhilend/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I have given all the permissions to all folder. My site is running fine.

    Please help.
