Problem in Upload any kind of files

  • Hello
    I hope someone can help me. (sorry about my english)
    Since yesterday, i am not able to upload any kind of file using WordPress or even ftp mode.
    I get the following mesage:
    The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2019/02.

    This is happening in all my websites. The folders are with 777 permission.

    I really don’t know.
    The responsable for the server is another person.
    My work is to develop institucional websites.
    But i believe that the responsable person will not be able to fix this problem.
    So, can you help me about what to do?
