Problem in some hostings with non-engish search value

  • I have small problem with empty results when i try to search by cyrillics words in usermeta fields

    Changing function ‘strtolower’ to ‘mb_strtolower’ resolve my problem, but is not best way.

    Will be nice, if this small improve has be included in future releases
