    A static page (select below)

    * Posts page:

    I recently tried testing my blog to start with a static page. I didn’t like it so I tried switching back to just showing posts, but all I saw was one post instead of all 50+ posts that I had previously entered. So now I am stuck with a static page (News page), and I have to link to all the 50+ posts from the right column. Argh. I need this functioning by tomorrow.

    My site: polynesia.com/fire-knife

    I appreciate any help you can provide.

    Also, I need a way to allow people to comment on a static page.

    Thanks!

    Yes, it is set at 10, the default. I entered it again just to be sure.

    Still having the same problem.

    And you have no other plugins that might be causing the problem?

    What happens if you switch to the WordPress Default Theme?

    Assuming you have checked that the Reading settings so “Front Page Displays your latest posts”.

    That’s exactly the problem Ijust had.(2.5.1)
    So I deactivated all the plugins (we have now a nice button to do that) and got back to default theme.But It’s the same.
    (Tried also to toggle permalink just to see)
