Problem in new version

delete wordpress .htaccess
re-generate new .htaccess
dashboard – settings – permalinks

Open your admin and go to Settings > Permalinks, resave your permalinks to see if that helps.

If it doesn’t, open your site in an FTP client and delete the .htaccess file and do the steps above.

I have changed my permalink settings… Now single page is opening but home page url is not opening..
