Can you change your theme?
This might be caused by your theme.
Otherwise disable as many plugins as possible.
Then check again, providing your folder rights are correct. Did you check that ?

I did what you said but not solved my problem.

but,now I install my theme and all plugins on other domain, but your plugin work without any problem.
My domain have a unknown problem!
my information:
1- my domain is multisite.
2- before some year ago, I installed and uninstalled your plugin.
3- I did everything to reset data to new install.
4- my error when I click on “Media Library Folders” is
Javascript error : ReferenceError: mgmlp_ajax is not defined
after many minutes change error to:
Javascript error : TypeError: d is undefined

I am not the owner of the plugin, just tried to help you. It seems that you have a java problem!
That can be caused by the settings of your browser. Did you check your settings regarding java? Firefox blocks certain behaviour of java. Could you try the same with Edge or Chrome?

Did you open the browsers console and see any java error? Because in your situation, you should get warning lines.
Also do you know after which update of MLF this problem started, or any update of WordPress or plugin?
I know there could be a solution by reverting to a previous version.

One other situation you need to check, is the fact that if your server does not have the possibility to connect to outside servers to load java or jquery, you will get also problems.
Most plugins load java or ajax from outside servers.
Alan can confirm if his plugin needs the outside connection.
Which other plugins are you using ?

First, I did change theme and deactivate all plugin but not change in my problem.

It appears to me that the problem is caused by the favicon loader “https://saviors.ir/images/Homami.jpg” failed
This image is outside of the WordPress environment ! Normally the favicon is within the root of the site, or the root of WordPress. Are all the images you are using within the indicated folder? That does not work for MLF! The plugin searches the images here \uploads which is within the WordPress structure.
