problem in exporting

Try changing the character encoding to UTF-8 … there is an option for that in the troubleshoot area located below the list of forms.

thanks for the quick answer, but I can’t find anywhere the troubleshoot area… there’s the help area, is that what you mean?

If you don’t see the troubleshoot below the list of forms then probably you are using an old update. Please download and install the latest update to get that feature.

Thanks again for your answer. I have purchased the pro version of the plugin, and now when downloading the new version it appears as if I didn’t have the pro version. how do I update the pro version?

OK I got the updated pro version, and changed the encoding to UTF-8 but still I get gibrish in the exported file

Hi,

Please follow these steps:

Open Excel > Data > from text under ‘Get External Data’ > Select the text file > Click on import > in the text import wizard, under file origin select Hebrew windows and follow the steps.
