Problem in 2nd language

Hi there,
I have WPML on my website for two languages (1st language is Farsi, and the 2nd one is English). I’ve translated all standard pages of UM in both languages and they are perfect in preview and everything works well with the UM.
But for some pages (e.g. members page) the redirection address is wrong. For example:
1st language page: https://shs.co.ir/user/muh-hesan/
Current redirection page for 2nd language: https://shs.co.ir/user/?lang=enmuh-hesan/
True address that works well must be: https://shs.co.ir/user/muh-hesan/?lang=en
Would you please someone help me with the problem. I checked everything and seemingly the problem is related to UM!
