• I open a ticket on 4th december and still no solution.
    The problem is this:
    1. I import products with a CSV file, the bundle I’m using is a variable product.
    2. After the import ends the products has no “add to cart button”.
    3. I have to enter to each product and update the product, no need to do anything more, just edit, update, and after that the product is ok.

    I have your plugin from a long time, and before the bundles with variable products were available in the free versión, I update for the premium and now I have this problem. I already send the CSV and the user and password, the ticket number is #2620487 please help.

    Sorry for keeping you waiting. In that case, you can kindly create a new ticket on our Support Forum https://wpc.ticksy.com/ with as many details as possible for our support agent to check the progress of your other ticket.

    We have made a lot transitions recently so your ticket might have been lost. Kindly create a new ticket and provide your information again in case your previous ticket has been accidentally closed or lost during the transfer.
