Problem importing subscribers to new group

    Hello:

    I’m trying to import susbscribers using a csv file to a empty list. Many of these subscribers are wordpress users and they belong to another mailpoet list, too. The new empty list is like a sublist.

    If I import them without updating their info they are not being added to the empty list. If I do the import updating their info, first name and last name fields are not set correctly: first name is updated with the display_name field in wp_users table, and last name is set to empty value.

    Can I resolve this problem? Is not possible to add a existing suscriber to a new list without updating the info?

    Have you set the first name and last name fields in the CSV or is the CSV only made up of their emails?

    You’ll need to ensure the CSV contains the first name and last name as you want, otherwise they’ll be overwritten when updating info as the imported subscribers are WordPress users.
