Problem importing images for simple product

Hi,

It seems your image URL is not a valid one. By clicking on the link,it redirects to a cPanel login page. Ideally, the URL should display the image without asking for the password.

In this case, the excel cannot read the image as it is subjected to password clearance.

If below part “https://sg2plcpnl0153.prod.sin2.secureserver.net:2083/cpsess1486960948/viewer/home/snssoftwares1/public_html/” is removed from the URL , it will work fine.
eg:- https://charvis.in/ProdImages/DCRBL04.jpg

I am having this same problem. I am using a valid URL:
https://riviera.oxatis.com/ImagePlayer.asp?AccID=70318&ImgFN=Img/16/001-158-zoom.jpg
…but it will not amend the image. It says the merge is successful but the image is unaffected. Does it have problems with https URLs maybe? Anyone have any thoughts?

– tested with a non https URL as well. Still no joy…

@ksharpley: The URL mentioned above is not seems to be a fine URL, its like the image name is as a parameter. Try an image URL like this

Thanks for the reply. I eventually got fed up and bought WP All Import Pro. That worked fine with the same URL. So can’t explain the previous problem.
