    Hi,
    Just downloaded your plugin, trying the free version and planing to get the premium, but I have a problem when I try to import a csv.
    The importing process goes to 100%, but after a few minutes, it gives me an “http error”, in the top left side of the window (under “Wp All Import – import xml/csv).
    I tried on your testing plateform with the same file, aand erything goes well.
    “Http error” is way too generic for me to interpret the error and correct it, any ideas ?

    In order to find out exactly what is causing this error, you’ll need to have your webhost check your server’s error_log. They should be able to see what’s going on and provide a fix for you.

    Thx for your reply,
    I’ve contacted my webhost, who (strangely) tells me that they don’t have an access to the error_log. They send me back to you, creator of the plugin, to ask you to know how to display not a generic and already interpretated error (like “http error”), but the specific one.
    Any advices to do that ?

    Unfortunately not. This error means that your server is throwing some sort of error, and the only way to know exactly what’s going on is to check your server’s error_log. If you host isn’t able to check their own error_log, you should probably seek out a better host.

    Faced the same problem, but solved it. If you have a dedicated server then install and enable in php extensions with the name DOM, and XML. Then restart apache and you will be happy
