    Hi,

Usually WordPress will add a trailing ‘/’ to the end of URLs, so typically, you should include that slash (unless you’ve set your site not to use it intentionally), in order to block it.

We actually just added the ability to use wildcards in version 6.1.5, n the “Immediately block IP’s that access these URLs” field — so you can now enter URLs like:
    /Cheap*

… which will block all URLs that start with that, such as:
    /Cheap
    /Cheap/something.html
    /Cheap-things/something.html

Be careful with wildcards, of course, so you don’t make the pattern too broad.

    Mark R,

Thank you. In the old version I didn’t not use the ending ‘/’. And, in the new version, I specifically used /Cheap* and it immediately started blocking.

    Excellent!

    Thank you.
