Problem identifying donation error on all donation form submits

  • Hi, I’ve recently started using the Give plugin and I’m having a few issues getting it running.

    Right now I’ve got a basic donation form going on a page I created using the short code. The form just asks for name and email and is enabled with just the base test and offline payment providers. I’ve added no addons to Give yet however, if in the future I get it running properly, I may.

    Whenever I submit a donation, I get the following error.
    Sorry, there was a problem identifying this donation. Please contact the site owner for more information. This happens for both providers.

    Also, as another issue which is likely unrelated, when you try to switch providers on the user facing donation form, it brings up a loading spinner and never loads.

    I’m using Give version 1.0.1 beta on WordPress version 4.2.2
