Problem: Hide test-server but keep live site visible to search engines

    There’s a problem I noticed with the All in One WP Migration plugin.

    Usually I love the fact that it completely migrates every setting of the site.

    BUT…

    It also migrates the “Discourage search engines from indexing the site” setting.

    Obviously I want the live site to be indexed by search engines.. while keeping the test site hidden.

    But the problem is that every time I migrate the test site to live site, I would also have to manually change this setting…

    And chances are I will constantly forget to do that.

    Is there a solution for this or do you have some ideas?

    Hi laptopsticker,

    Thank you for your suggestions.
    The engineers will see what they can do in our future versions to inherit the settings from the site that the plugin is used on.
