Problem getting orders from Amazon to appear on my website

    Hello,
    I want to sell AliExpress products on Amazon, and I have a WooCommerce website. I created a plugin that places the order programmatically on WooCommerce on my website when someone places an order on Amazon. all is good but the order doesn’t appear on the “Ali Order” screen on your “Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress” plugin. I’m struggling with it for hours and didn’t find any way to do that. My question is: Is there any way for the order to appear on that screen?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi,

    Only orders that contain products imported by our plugin appear on the Ali orders page. You may also need to go to plugin settings/fulfill to check if their order status belong to the ones you set for the “Show action” option.
