Problem generating product_cat-sitemap.xml for WooCommerce

Hi,
thanks for your essential plugin.
I’m using it in combination with WooCommerce (all the latest version).
Since one of the recent updates your plugin doesn’t generate the product_cat-sitemap.xml anymore.
I’ve noticed in Google Webmaster Tools since there was an error icon and it can’t found it.
It is listed in my sitemap_index.xml (with even the modify date) but if I click on the link I get a 404 error.
What could be the problem?
