Problem from 2013 about missing concepts still not resolved!

A LONG time ago we had contact about my calendar. You helped me very well, but somehow the help got stuck, I didn’t hear from you anymore.
I have a problem with copying events. The copies end up in the list with concepts; I see the number getting higher. BUT when I click on ‘concepts’ the tab/list is empty. So… copying doesn’t work. Being able to copy events would save me a lot of time – as I pointed out almost a year ago.
I really hope to hear from you soon this time – and I hope you can fix this quickly.
