Problem fixing post in home page

Hello,

I’m having the next problems. I have my home page with an static page followed by recent posts in panels.
I want to fix one post to be always the first to be shown (in the panels), so I mark that post as fixed when I edit it, but despite that if I create new posts, those new posts are shown ahead.

I think it is related to the configuration in “Home page panels”, where I have selected “recent posts”, because that is what I want, but with that exception, that I want one post to be always shown the first.

Please, does anyone know how to fix it?
