Problem Facebook Connect

    Hi ??

    Installed and activated the plugin and then wanted to do the “Facebook Connect”. Same problem came up on my Macbook pro on Firefox and Chrome. Please look here: https://prntscr.com/mjf4d0

    Error: 400 Malformed request

    Please support!

    Hi,

    please try to:

    1. Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
    2. Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
    3. Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
    4. Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
    5. Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions

    sorry for the delay on seeing again this. Could you please paste here the URL where you get stuck on, removing eventual access token on it.

    I meant: could you please paste the entire URL I see when you receive the error? From this screenshot you can see the URL I’m referring to https://prntscr.com/mjf4d0

    Clearly, censure the access token part.
