Problem excluding pages from tabs

Could someone please assist me. I want to publish pages without having them appear on the header tabs. The site is https://idezignit.co.za. The pages appearing on the tabs have all been set to published status and those are the only tabs i want to appear. I want to publish other pages without them appearing at the top tabs. Hope this all makes sense
