    I am using the Video Conferencing with Zoom plugin on a WordPress website – Suddenly this evening the meeting I had loaded with shortcode ( which was working perfectly) suddenly disappeared from the site

    shortcode: [zoom_api_link meeting_id=”88595249152″ link_only=”no”]

    Instead, I got an error message:

    Please try again ! Some error occured while trying to fetch meeting with id: 88595249152

    I have updated the app, and checked the listed meetings on the settings page and on Zoom -everything looks in order. I have searched the forums and can’t see a solution

    Checked Logs – this error message: (a long list with a variety of error numbers over the last few hours)

    2024-05-18T15:52:42+00:00 [ERROR] : http_request_failed ::: ::: MESSAGE => cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.zoom.us port 443 after 1 ms: Couldn’t connect to server

    Can you please help me figure out why this is happening and how to solve it?

    Hello Again…

    Problem seems to have resolved itself, meeting is suddenly reflecting on page again

    Would still be good to know why that might have happened? Wouldn’t be good if it happened again when a meeting is due to start

    Anyway thank you

    Hi @sesha3

    The problem resolved it’s self because the zoom servers came back. The 443 error indicates that the api for zoom was temporarily unaccessible. Which is very rare infact i think this is the first support ticket we’ve faced with this issue.

    So – it’s very doubtful you’ll run into this problem again.
